A Ukrainian court has released on bail a suspect in the murders on the Maidan

the Guarantors of the Bell was made by two people’s deputies from “Blok Petro Poroshenko”: Andrew Denisenko and Oleg Petrenko. In addition, the willingness to bail a suspect in the murder of law enforcement officers said deputies semen Semenchenko and Vladimir Parasyuk.

the Court refused to satisfy the petition of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (GPU), which required a suspect round-the-clock house arrest wearing an electronic bracelet.

the Bell was detained on 3 April. Initially Prosecutor General he was charged with premeditated murder, an encroachment on life of the employee law enforcement and unlawful use of a weapon. 5 April, the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko removed the item about the murder of a formal charge.

However, not all employees of GPU agreed with such decision of the authorities. “If a legal assessment of these actions, will not be given today, I want to remind you that these articles do not expire. In terms of the variability of the Ukrainian authorities, it is unknown how these actions will be regarded as the successors. This is not a safety cushion for the Bell, and a time bomb against him”, — said the head of the Department of special investigation GPU Alexey Donskoy.
