Russia has promised to bring to the OPCW “victims” of chemical weapons, actors

the Russian side has promised to bring to the meeting the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons those who participated in the preparation of provocations in Syria. This was stated by Russia’s permanent representative at the OPCW Alexander Shulgin, reports TASS.

“We warned that the next time they want to discuss the Syrian topic, we will bring here to the Hague of those people who participated in the staged shooting “White helmets”. That wittingly or unwittingly, were accomplices to the grandiose provocations, be it in the Syrian Duma or in Khan Sheyhun,” — said the diplomat.

Earlier in April the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Lavrov said there is incontrovertible evidence that the likely chemical attack in the Duma was staged by intelligence agencies. He pointed out that it involved “state, which is now eager to be at the forefront of Russophobic campaign,” but did not identify him.
