Head interior Ministry the UK Sajid Javid admitted that a few months ago he was robbed on the street near a London station. As he said in an interview with The Sun, the robbers on a moped snatched from his hands a mobile phone, when he called for a cab.
“It happened instantly. I came out of Euston station and took my phone to call a taxi. It was brand new. It ended before I realized what happened. They just drove up, grabbed it and fled,” the official said.
In an interview, the Minister admitted that worries about the safety of their children in London, and reported on what measures should be taken to eradicate street crime. So, he advocated a ban on the sale of knives online, preventive conversations with the youth and strengthening the fight against drug traffickers.
